🏃 Common Support Topics

1. Strava Integration & Syncing

  • How do I connect my account? Go to Settings > Integrations and select "Connect with Strava."

  • My activity isn't showing up: Ensure your Strava activity is set to "Everyone" or "Followers." Activities set to "Only You" may not sync depending on your privacy permissions.

  • When do I get my points? Change Points (CP) are usually credited within minutes of your activity syncing from Strava.

2. Change Points (CP) & Rewards

  • What are Change Points? CP is our in-app currency earned through consistent movement (running, walking, cycling, hiking).

  • How do I redeem discounts? Visit the "Rewards" tab to see available offers from DTC and partners like Runna and Enertor. Once redeemed, you will receive a unique discount code.

3. Munro Bagging

  • How do I log a summit? Navigate to the Munro Bagging feature, select the mountain you conquered, and upload your summit photo and log details.

  • Which Munros are included? All 282 official Scottish Munros are available for tracking in the app.

4. The Ranked Leaderboard

  • How are ranks calculated? Your position is based on total distance covered within the current ranking period.

  • When does the leaderboard reset? Check the "Leaderboard" tab for the countdown to the next reset and prize distribution.

🛡️ Technical Troubleshooting

  • App Crashing: Please ensure you are using the latest version of the app from the iOS App Store.

  • Data Accuracy: If your distance seems incorrect, verify the data directly in your Strava account first, as DTC reflects the data provided by the Strava API.
