I wear these shorts as an everyday piece and mainly to go to the gym and they are absolutely fantastic. The inner lining is light and thin meaning it isn't restrictive but still provides some support with regards to chaffing etc. The length of the shorts is equally perfect, sitting high enough above my knee. I love how they also still have zip pockets for my phone too! 💪🏽
